Autumn tourist in the North
Autumn tourism in the North attract people
with Northwest “golden season” in the
high moutains districts of Lao Cai,Yen Bai,Son La province.Here you’ll see rice-field
with rows and layers stiring in the wind,like a vibrating hill which stir your
heart and this is an enoyable experience!

place not to be missed for bacpackers who rides by motor or bike,or people who
take the tour in Aug,Sept,Oct. Time to travel at here is different from another
place,because cultivate time in Northwest is irregular,so harvest time is
uniform.Especialy here they plant a late crop and harvest late at middle of Sept till end Oct.According
to resident,this moment is the best time to harvest rice and enjoy the romantic
“golden rice”.Rice which planted in Quan Ba,Sa Pa is earliest ripe,next is Mu
Cang Chai,Hoang Su Phi,…Hot and dry weather is very advantage condition for backpackers
discover Northwest mountain.
Terraced
fields in La Pan Tan,Che Cu Nha and De Xu Phinh are ranked national scenics,it’s
strong proof to show us its beauty to attract tourist visit until both legs
tired still want to trudg on dirt roads to find out new beauty behind the
yellow curve curving subtly of the chest level. The arcs in the soft wind,
overflowing as ocean waves,a bright yellow tinged in ripe season, spread a
carpet of endless green space, illusory fogging nature. Space steeped and filled
with rice steam, wrap everything in Tu Le valley, Khau Pha Pass.

fields in Sapa was voted by travel magazine Travel and Leisure (USA) as one of
the 7 most gigantic terraced arround Asia and the world. Before the grain
season,Sapa has a green color in a natural space mixed with green
mountains.Enter ripe rice season,Sapa like sand dunes in the desert, dune to dune in serials
throughout villages Trung Chai,Sa Pả,Ta Phin,Lao Chai,Ta Phan,…
The feelings after Northwest travel
After
short travel by motor to Northwest mountains,I feel so impress and
exciting.Stop at some place and breath a fresh air mingles with the rice aroma,a
very Vietnamesse fragance, it make our heart more clean and
quiet cooling. Go weaving between the vast golden wheat, feel like I'm drowning
in childhood when the rice is in being in my home, but now there’s not viable
because of the changing where I live and the industrialization .
Feeling the gusty blowing through that make
the hill shake,is so majestic. if you witnessed that scene,you’ll see all. I
like holding sickle to harvest rice with the girls here, they are so pretty and
funny, a new sense for a guy who comes from city, especially in a upland. “I’ll
come back once day!”
Nothing is more beautiful than the harvesting time
in my homeland,I love the familiar things went into the subconscious and become
a value that nothing can change. The dreamy gold fields, honest people who live
in majestic mountains.I’m sure that you will not be disappointed with the trip to
find “the Northwest truest gold”,that writers like Nguyen Trung Thanh, Nguyen
Tuan has been mentioned in the pages of human and natural of Northwest.
